IASB NEWS ANCHOR LIVE COMPETITION
TOP 6 FINALIST - PLACED 3RD
MARCH 13, 2023
After submitting a solo newscast for the IASB TV News Anchor category, I became a top 6 finalist in the state. The day of the contest, I faced a personal obstacle and had to pull myself together greatly for this live competition. I had 30 minutes to read through the script before I competed in the studio. This entry was directed by the media students at the University of Indianapolis.

This newscast showcases my ability to write and anchor international, national, and local stories.
CPTV QUICKCUT WEATHER REPORT
AIRED APRIL 27TH, 2023
When CPTV QuickCUT was first designed, the weekend weather forecast was just a short graphic that slid across the screen. My advisor, Mr. Gloff, and I decided in early 2023 that one of the anchors should report the forecast over the graphic. This makes the simple weather forecast more dynamic for the viewer.
CPTV FOOTBALL SPORTS SEGMENT
AIRED NOVEMBER 3RD, 2022
As mentioned previously in my digital portfolio, I am not the biggest fan of sports. However, every CPTV QuickCUT episode highlighted the weekly sports that happened at CPHS. As a senior anchor, I reported a plethora of sports stories, including this package about the CPHS football team.
